Reservation Policy:
$400 rental deposit which will also serve as a damage deposit is required
within seven days of making your reservation. The damage deposit
will be refunded within 2 weeks of your departure. The full rental payment balance
is due in full 30 days prior to your arrival. Reservations MINIMUM 5
nights. However, Summer rentals are seven days from Saturday to
Saturday.
Rental Payment Policy:
Final rental payments are due in full 30 days prior
to arrival. Payments may be made by cash, traveler's checks, bank
money orders, credit card or personal check with proper
identification.
Damage Deposit:
A damage deposit of $400.00 is required and
can be applied with your credit card number. Damage charges will not be
assessed provided neither damage nor theft occurred. If
your unit is left excessively dirty, your damage deposit will be
charged accordingly.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation prior to 30 days of arrival will be subject to a
cancellation fee of $50.00. Reservations cancelled less than 30 days
prior to arrival are subject to no refund of the deposit unless the
space is resold. Neither early departure nor late arrival warrants a
refund or discount.
Eviction Policy:
Reservations obtained under false pretenses will not be honored, and
will subject to loss of entire deposit and rent paid. Certain other
restrictions may apply over holiday periods.
No-Show Policy:
In the event the renter fails to cancel their reservation and does not
show, a maximum fee of 3 nights rental will be charged in addition to
the loss of the $400 security deposit.
Registration Policy:
No one under the age of 25 is allowed to rent a unit. Each unit must
be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 25, and they
must be residing in the unit for the duration of the stay. Occupancy
is limited to: 2 Bedroom - 6 persons.
